CAL 2050 a contemporary living space. This one-story building has been carefully planned, starting with. The 16’x12′ master bedroom, boasts a private ensuite bathroom.  An 8′ by 12′ enclave serves as one bedroom, which has a private bathroom while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. 

Upon arriving at the front door, you are welcomed by the dining area, which is adjacent to the patio to create an uninterrupted indoor-outdoor living space and at the right side is an L-shaped kitchen that includes a pantry, powder room, kitchen island, and a washer and drying area.

The living room, which is next to the 16’x20′ car garage, is elevated and has a portion wall separating it from the entrance area to emphasize privacy.

Internally, Britney is adorned with a modern aesthetic, featuring a white paint, and wood materials throughout the ceiling, flooring, and wall while the exterior boasts a skillion and lean-to roof style, Trowelled dashed stucco design on the walls and coupled with stone wall accents. 

LED lights are strategically placed to enhance the overall aesthetic, ensuring Britny stands out as a modern square type living space that seamlessly combines comfort and elegance.
